At Luminous Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality beauty products including shimmers, eyeshadows, and nail polishes.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for any products once sold.
  • We only offer exchange in case the customer receives:
    • A wrong product, or
    • A damaged product (must be reported immediately).

Exchange Conditions

  • The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Customers must provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear images/video proof of the issue

Exchange Process

  • Once verified, we will arrange an exchange of the correct product.
  • No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
