Please read our policy carefully before placing your order:
- We do not offer refunds or returns for any products once sold.
- We only offer exchange in case the customer receives:
- A wrong product, or
- A damaged product (must be reported immediately).
Exchange Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear images/video proof of the issue
Exchange Process
- Once verified, we will arrange an exchange of the correct product.
- No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
